The 15-Minute Monthly Content Audit

Make your 15 minutes COUNT.

This 15-minute monthly audit is designed for rebels who want clarity without the chaos. Whether you're a team of one or running point for a client, this is your check-in ritual for smarter, sharper content.

Minute 1–5: Pull the Numbers (But Don’t Get Lost in Them)

Focus on insights, not spreadsheets. Grab stats from your platform of choice (Metricool, IG Insights, LinkedIn analytics, etc.) and jot down:

  • Top 3 performing posts (by reach, saves, or engagement)

  • Bottom 3 flops (low views, zero traction)

  • Most-clicked links or CTAs

  • Follower growth vs. engagement rate

Now ask: Did the content that performed best actually support your goals?

Vanity metrics do not equal success. High likes on a meme won’t help if you’re trying to get booked for speaking gigs.

Minute 6–10: Scan for Themes

Look at the actual content, not just the numbers.

  • What topics got people talking or sharing?

  • Did your voice feel consistent — or all over the place?

  • Are you saying something that matters, or just filling the feed?

Tip: Highlight any posts that sparked DMs, comments, or offline conversations. That’s gold — even if the reach wasn’t huge.

Minute 11–15: Plan One Adjustment

Here’s where you get ruthless — but focused.

Pick one thing to test or tweak next month:

  • Post less often, but with more depth

  • Add a CTA to every post (even soft ones)

  • Try a carousel, reel, or quote graphic for your top-performing theme

  • Reuse a strong caption with a new visual
