    Trade Scouts is a workforce development platform focused on connecting skilled tradespeople with career opportunities in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Built on the belief that great talent drives great projects, Trade Scouts bridges the gap between employers seeking qualified workers and individuals ready to launch or advance their careers.

    Trade Scouts partnered with us in early 2025 to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement across social media and email marketing. Since then, we have helped them grow a highly engaged audience through strategic, value-driven content tailored to both employers and job seekers. Our partnership has fueled an increase in platform signups, improved lead generation for employer partners, and expanded their reputation as a leader in workforce development for the trades.

    Jackalo is a sustainable children’s clothing brand creating durable, organic apparel designed for adventurous lives and a lighter footprint. Committed to circular fashion through their TradeUp program, Jackalo helps families invest in quality while reducing environmental impact.

    In early 2024, Jackalo partnered with us to support social media management, community building, and campaign strategy. Together, we elevated their brand presence through value-driven storytelling, sustainability education, and product-focused content that resonated with eco-conscious families.

    A key part of our partnership included the launch and expansion of Jackalo’s brand ambassador program — a community of loyal customers and mission-driven families who amplified Jackalo’s reach through authentic content, word-of-mouth referrals, and real-life product advocacy.

    Since 2023, Rebel Collective has partnered with Project JumpStart to lead social media strategy, community engagement, and storytelling efforts. Our work has helped bring the mission to life online — spotlighting graduates, promoting employer partnerships, and building public awareness around the value of workforce training.

    Boordy Wine Night
    A relaxed fall gathering at Boordy Vineyards that brought together clients, partners, and friends for an afternoon of community and connection. Rebel Collective handled creative direction, communications, RSVP management, on-site coordination, and social promotion. Engagement was driven through interactive elements like Wine Night Bingo, branded giveaways, and collaborative social content that extended event reach beyond attendees.

    Dumpster Day
